FLD2-8PS2400 de-excitation device varistor protector customized wind turbine rotor de-excitation protector
FLD2-8PS2400 de-excitation device varistor protector is a customized wind turbine rotor de-excitation protector. This product is suitable for 2MW inland electric excitation direct-drive wind turbines. It has dual monitoring isolation devices for thermal fuse and current isolation. Detachment mechanism; it can be equipped with remote monitoring and alarm terminals, and has the function of remote alarm for failure. The basic requirement is to integrate lightning protection and failure signals. It can be used in outdoor facilities of wind turbines and is a demagnetization protector that operates reliably outdoors , in line with outdoor use, wheel hub installation. All structural parts and devices are included.
Precautions
- Please install the product on the hub firmly and reliably according to the requirements, and tighten the fixing bolts.
- The remote alarm must be connected correctly and in place, and screw it tightly.
- The two parts of the sealed terminal are closely matched, the clamping ring is inserted in place, the clamps are installed and tightened, and the tightening nut is tightened to prevent it from falling off during rotation.
- If the main body of the varistor protector is damaged, non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble and repair it without authorization. Professionals from our company are required to maintain and repair it.
